I'm a 41 year old woman, and i was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in both hips at 39. For me it's heridetary, my father as it in his hands, since he started taking glucosamine, his arthritis stayed the same, never gotten worst in 5 years. I started taking it when i was first diagnosed, i'm not sure if it's helping, but i'm sure gonna try.
