Hi, any help would be appreciated as i dont have access to a good urologist in my small town in Costa Rica. In the past i have always been able to ejaculate substantially and more than not reach my upper chest while on my back. I have been on propecia for 10 years so i assume its not that... havd never had an issue before. Recently i had gastric sleeve(removal of 80% of my stomach) . I was never happy at 220 pounds so i did this surgery by choice. Since then and possible for a few months prior(not exactly sure of the time-lines), i have had a significant reduction in ejaculate volume. I used to urinate 8 times daily now its twice, in addition i am eating only about 30 grams of protein per day. Im not sure if slight dehydration or eating less protein can have such a dramatic effect?? Im 33, 170 pounds 5'6" and have been maintaining my weight for over 2months. My surgery was 4 months ago and im supplementing quite well, any ideas?
Help is much appreciated as i used to enjoy finishing much more than i do now. Its not non existent but 70% less in such a short period of time.
