Only 19... penile trauma incident

Post a new topicby buggzy_987 on Sat Jan 23, 2010 6:16 pm

hey doctor, about a year ago during intercourse my girlfriend was on top and my penis slid out and she landed on it with her pubic bone i'm guessing. I heard a 'pop' but no pain whatsoever however we stopped intercourse. A year later, my erections feel weaker and my erections only last with physical stimulation which was not the case before. Sensitivity and pleasure from orgasm is also diminished it seems.

However since the injury I have been sort of obsessed and I have often times tried to get a 'forced' erection and masturbate. Did I not give my penis enough time to heal? It also seems that my libido is decreased but this may be a side effect.

Also the cord along the underside of my penis is not as prominent and I can't make my penis 'jump' like before.

I have seen 3 urologists which told me everything is normal... however they performed no test such as an ultrasound so how can they know.

What could this be? Is it likely permanent? I am currently taking Ginko Biloba hoping it helps.

Thank you for your time.

PS: I have heard of penile fracture however there was no pain when this happened.
