Did you do anything to cause the herniation or did it just happen. I am wondering because I am going through this I have not had loss of feeling yet. My nerve root is involved but I have not had loss of leg motion. I have had back pain for a long time also, but I see most of the posts on different pages involve a accident or some other trauma that has led to there ddd. I did not have any trauma did you?
