Chronic Pain

I was in a severe car accident 8 years ago in addition to having 4 rear-ends hit me , and several bad falls over the 47 years. My worst symptoms are ; severe neck pain 1-10 ; 10; shoulder pain and shoulder blade knife stabbing pain and spasm 8 ; lowerback pain sciatica 10 ; numbness tingleing ,pins and needles down both arm and hands , numbness tingleing and loss of feeling in feet 10 ; restless leg syndrome 6 ; severe migraines 10 ; TMJ 5 .
