Re: Stage IV bladder removed ???Hi I am a 43 yr old male and although I do not claim to know what your father is going through I myself had an issue that I might have prostate cancer. Luckily the test came back negative for now (I still have to have another test to see if my PSA went down). Now I am one of those person who likes to be informed so therefore I did alot of research on this subject. Now what I found out was interesting men who are 75 and older and depending how fast the cancer is growing and the condition of the man somtimes you can just waight and see what happens because a man will usually die of different disease because prostate cancer can be slow growing and somtimes it is not worth putting the man through all that trouble that might not take his life imediately. 'Fore the most part a man who is 75 and older will die of another sickness while having prostate cancer' so finaly, make sure you do your research and do what you think is best for your father along with the Dr. sugestions.
