You sound just like how I was when I was 13. I'm 24 now and it does get better. After high school, there's no sitting on the bench in gym class or having to wait till last to get picked to play soccer. After high school, your not reminded with each gym class that your different and that makes you feel equal. You forget most days that you have stenosis unless your symptomatic and then your reminded everytime you get out of breath. Take stock, your not the only one with Stenosis and there are many people in worse situations then us. That's what I try to remember when i'm feeling down or the odd one out.
